Serhiy Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Odesa regional administration, condemned the attack, stating, “The occupiers launched a drone attack on a maternity hospital in Odesa. The facade and several floors of the building were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties. This is yet another act of terrorism against the civilian population of Ukraine.”
