In recent weeks, social media has been abuzz with rumors surrounding the wedding of actress Mrunal Thakur. On Valentine’s Day, speculation ran rampant that she was set to marry renowned actor Dhanush. Despite her attempts to clarify that these reports were unfounded, the rumors persisted, and many refused to believe her. However, as the day passed without any wedding announcement, it became evident that the whole affair was nothing more than a publicity stunt.

As Mrunal prepares for the release of her upcoming film “Do Deewane Sheher Mein,” which is set to hit theaters on February 20, she recently participated in an interview to promote the movie. During the conversation, the host inquired if there was any pressure from her family regarding marriage. In response, Mrunal shared the challenges of balancing personal and professional life, stating, “My family wants me to settle down in life first. They understand how difficult it is to balance personal life and a film career.” She likened her acting profession to that of a renounced life, emphasizing the sacrifices that come with it.

Mrunal elaborated on the demands of being an actress, saying, “To be an actor is akin to living a life of renunciation. One has to give up everything—food, sleep, and always remain focused.” She also revealed that she has never had a public relations team, although her family helps manage her situation at home. “Everyone knows my home address, so there is a team that works to keep things under control there. When I go out, another team ensures my safety,” she added.

The actress further acknowledged the role that rumors play in her career, stating, “However, the rumors about me have brought in free publicity. There’s no doubt about that. Even if someone were to invest 3 crores, 6 crores, or even 10 crores, they wouldn’t be able to generate this level of publicity.” Mrunal is adamant about sharing any significant events in her life with her fans, asserting that she would keep them informed about her journey. “If I start worrying about the rumors, I won’t be able to focus on my career,” she concluded.

With her latest film just around the corner, Mrunal Thakur is determined to keep her focus on her work, even as the rumor mill continues to churn. Her dedication to her craft and her willingness to engage with her audience stands as a testament to her commitment as an actress. As fans eagerly await “Do Deewane Sheher Mein,” it remains to be seen how the actress will navigate the complexities of fame and personal life in the spotlight.
