Tadepalli: Former minister Vidudala Rajini has expressed strong criticism against the TDP leaders for creating chaos targeting the YSR Congress party (YSRCP) ranks. She accused those in power of behaving like goons and rowdies, questioning their integrity and moral values. Speaking from the YSRCP headquarters in Tadepalli on Tuesday, February 3, Rajini condemned the remarks made by TDP leaders, including MLA Madhavi, who threatened, “We will come back… we will hit again.”

Rajini highlighted the alarming nature of such threats, suggesting they reflect a deteriorating culture in politics. She pointed out that TDP’s tactics of instilling fear among their adversaries indicate a troubling approach to political rivalry. “It is essential to remember that Madhavi is being used as a sacrificial pawn by the TDP,” she stated, emphasizing the party’s manipulative strategies under the guise of female empowerment.

She accused the TDP of inciting violence against YSRCP activists, alleging that the party’s goons were orchestrating attacks to divert attention from issues like the Ladoo controversy. Rajini claimed that after being attacked, YSRCP members faced a lack of response from authorities when they reported such incidents, highlighting a systemic failure to provide justice.

Rajini further urged for divine intervention, suggesting that prayers at the temple could bring wisdom to the ruling coalition. “What happens when you challenge Lord Venkateswara is well known to you,” she warned, implying that the TDP’s actions would have consequences. She called for the government to enact laws preventing YSRCP members from visiting temples, a comment that underscored the growing tensions between the two parties.

The former minister also criticized the ongoing misinformation regarding the Tirumala Ladoo issue, stating that the TDP was spreading falsehoods about a non-existent scam. “We are facing attacks because we are questioning the coalition leaders,” she lamented, painting a picture of a state in turmoil.

Rajini’s remarks painted a grim picture of the political landscape in Andhra Pradesh, describing it as a state where lawlessness prevails. She alleged that the constitutional framework is being undermined, with democracy and peace seemingly absent. “The state is under the rule of a red book policy, and the people are living in fear due to the chaos orchestrated by the ruling party,” she asserted, emphasizing the urgency of the situation.

As she concluded her statement, Rajini made it clear that no matter how many attacks are carried out against them, the YSRCP will continue to fight for the people. Her passionate defense of her party and its values reflects the escalating tensions in Andhra Pradesh’s political arena, as both parties prepare for what could be a heated electoral battle ahead.
