Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy made significant remarks regarding the development of the Nalgonda region, asserting that there is no question of taking a step back. Speaking at the inauguration of a government school constructed by the Komatireddy Prateek Foundation in the town of Bottuguda, he emphasized his commitment to the area.

During his address, Reddy passionately stated, “I live my life with integrity, like a fire.” He expressed his deep emotional connection to Nalgonda, referring to it as “my heart.” He revealed that he has requested Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao to allocate similar funding for his constituency of Kodangal, as is given to other areas.

As the upcoming elections approach, Reddy hinted at his political aspirations, stating, “If there is enthusiasm, I will contest in the next elections. Otherwise, I will simply occupy a room in this Bottuguda school, spending my days watching over the children here, including my late son.” He lamented the financial struggles the state faces due to the previous ten years of governance, claiming that it has become a burden on the economy.

Reddy criticized the current administration for failing to grant even a single appointment with the Chief Minister. He accused corporate schools of exploiting the education sector, declaring, “If I were the Minister of Education, I would shut down corporate schools.” He reminisced about the time during Y.S.R. Rajashekar Reddy’s tenure when the MG University was established in Nalgonda, highlighting the introduction of numerous new courses that benefited local students.

Reddy also mentioned the Outer Ring Road project, which he described as a gift from Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to Nalgonda, asserting that every household in the region will receive water supply for 24 hours. He underscored the importance of education, stating that learning should not be solely focused on rankings but should encompass a broader understanding and application.

To further enhance educational opportunities, Reddy announced the construction of the Young India Integrated School, emphasizing a vision for a more holistic educational framework. He promised that the Bottuguda government school will provide a fully digital learning environment, urging local teachers to enroll their children in the same school to foster a sense of community and investment in the educational system.

As Reddy continues to advocate for Nalgonda’s development, his commitment to improving education and infrastructure stands as a central theme of his leadership ambitions. The community looks forward to the positive changes he promises to bring, as he seeks to inspire a new generation of learners in the region.
