In a recent interview, Supritha, the daughter of renowned senior actress Surekha Vani, candidly shared her experiences as she steps into the limelight with her film “Amaravati Ki Aahwanam.” The actress spoke openly about the numerous challenges she faced at the beginning of her career, including controversies and online trolling. Her revelations provide insight not only into her struggles but also into the pressures faced by public figures in the entertainment industry.

Supritha expressed her frustration with certain media outlets, stating, “Some so-called media people are making money off our tears. They keep publishing false stories about us. We have even reached a point where we contemplated suicide due to the weight of these allegations.” Her comments highlight the severe emotional toll that negative media coverage can take on individuals, especially those in the public eye. Despite the negativity, she emphasized that she and her family have become stronger and more resilient, stating, “No matter how much negativity is thrown our way, we will not pay attention to it.”

She further reflected on her past involvement with betting apps, revealing that they had once promoted such platforms. However, after witnessing the detrimental effects these apps had on people, they chose to distance themselves from that world. “We were very saddened to learn about the losses caused by betting apps,” Supritha admitted, illustrating her concern for the well-being of others.

In connection to the controversies surrounding her family, Supritha addressed the persistent rumors linking her and her mother to producer K.P. Chaudhary and allegations of drugs. “Despite denying any relationship with producer K.P. Chaudhary, some media channels continue to propagate stories linking us to drugs. The news articles have impacted him severely,” she said. Supritha underscored that while Chaudhary made mistakes related to drugs, the sensationalism surrounding his name has only added to their struggles.

Supritha also expressed her disappointment over certain YouTube channels that continue to exploit the situation for monetary gain, even after Chaudhary’s passing. “They have planned to earn money by posting misleading thumbnails after his death. We know him as a good person, yet these rumors have led to unnecessary distress,” she lamented.

Additionally, Supritha clarified her mother’s intentions regarding remarriage. While Supritha mentioned her desire for her mother to remarry, she made it clear that Surekha Vani has no such plans. “The wish for a second marriage is solely mine; my mother does not intend to remarry,” she stated, providing clarity on the matter and reflecting the complexities of family dynamics in the public eye.

As Supritha embarks on her journey in the film industry, her candidness about personal and professional challenges highlights the need for empathy and understanding towards those in the spotlight. The pressures of fame can often be overwhelming, but Supritha’s determination to rise above the negativity serves as an inspiring reminder of resilience.
