In a recent interaction, actress Raveena Tandon showered praises on the movie while also extending an apology to fellow actress Yamie Gautam.
During a candid conversation on the Saree Zoom podcast, Tandon revealed that after watching “Dhruvadhar,” she felt compelled to reach out to Gautam. “I called her and said, ‘I’m sorry.’ I mentioned that I am a fan of her husband, director Aditya Dhar,” she explained. Tandon went on to discuss the impact of Dhar’s work, stating that he has managed to bring back elements that are often missed in films. After the release of successful projects like “Pushpa,” “KGF,” and “Dhruvadhar,” Tandon noted that audiences have been left feeling satisfied.
“It’s incredible to see how much he has evolved,” Tandon continued. “Now, the heroes are looking like real heroes.” Reflecting on her memories, she shared that Ranveer Singh, the lead actor in “Dhruvadhar,” had visited her while she was shooting a song when he was just ten years old. “Look at how far he has come now! He has acted brilliantly in this film,” Tandon added, praising the performances of the entire cast, including Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Khanna, while also acknowledging Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Gaurav for their strong performances.
