Another Arrest Warrant Issued Against Vallabhaneni Vamsi

The ongoing legal battle against former Telugu Desam Party (TDP) legislator Vallabhaneni Vamsi continues as another petition warrant has been filed against him. The police have filed a petition warrant against Vamsi in the Nuzividu court, alleging that he was involved in the distribution of fake house pattas in Bapulapadu.

Along with Vamsi, 10 others have also been named in the case. This comes after Vamsi was previously arrested for an alleged attack on the TDP party office in Gannavaram. The hearing on Vamsi’s bail petition was postponed to Friday, as the prosecution, represented by Joint Director Rajendra Prasad and Special Public Prosecutor Kalyan i, presented their arguments. Vamsi’s defense was represented by Satya Devi Sri.

The 12th Additional District Court Judge is expected to deliver the verdict on the bail petition on Friday. In this case, Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan is listed as the 71st accused. The ongoing legal battle highlights the continued efforts by the ruling coalition government to hold the former TDP legislator accountable for the alleged offenses he has been charged with.
